In this upcoming 6 week series we will focus on osteoporosis and fall prevention. Not only will we learn a sequence of exercises to prevent and resolve osteoporosis, but we will explore lifestyle factors such as diet, rest, exercise, sun exposure, the microbiome, proper supplementation, and many other contributors to prevent and resolve osteoporosis.

Speaking of the Dodgers win of the 2025 World Series on Saturday night, did you know Yoshinobu Yamamoto's Biomechanist Credits Unique Training Methods For Game 7? Shall we call it Micro Moves principles?

If you don't follow baseball here's the scoop.

1) Dodgers won the World Series.

2) Yoshinobu Yamamoto's is one of the pitchers. He was names MVP of the series.

3) Yoshinobu pitched a FULL GAME on Wed night last week. That has rarely been done.

4) Yoshinobu pitched as a starter and did an normal amount of pitching but after only 1 days rest.

5) THEN Yoshinobu closed the game (pitched the last few innings) for a successful win on SATURDAY NIGHT!

Now everyone thinks he's a phenom. He is, but it's his training practices that got him there. He uses many principles of my Micro Moves technique. #1 Less is more, #2 Work at 10-25% of your max load using ALL your muscles.

"It's easy to use one muscle at 100% output," Yada said. "But what Yoshinobu is trying to do is to use 600 different muscles at 10% output."

Yada has trained Yamamoto since 2017 when the pitcher joined the Orix Buffaloes in Japan. The 66-year-old instructor never had Yamamoto lift weights, instead focusing on handstands, mini-soccer balls and a featherweight javelin."
