Upside-Down Nourishment

This weeks microbiome definition:

MICROBIOME

The microbiome is the collective community of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, viruses, archaea) inhabiting the gut and other body sites such as the vaginal and urinary tract, uterus, lungs, brain, skin, mouth, nose etc. It functions as a parallel organ system with all other organ systems. It has a mass of 1- 2 kg and 38 trillion microbes.

What does that me? Your microbiome is as important if not more important for your health than your heart, lungs, and brain.

If you are interested in building a healthy microbiome by investing in yourself and joining me for Upside-Down Nourishment or returning to Upside-Down Nourishment personalized programs, please fill out this form to see if we might be a good fit to work together. Do not let distance stop you! I work with clients all over the world via Zoom!

REMEMBER, self care is health care! If you don't care for yourself you won't be able to care for anyone else.

Have a beautiful day!

Lisa
