No. This is a new course that focuses on micro moves for the foot, ankle, lower leg, knee, hip, lower back and how all of those parts of your leg and spine work together and affect the health and happiness of each other!

  • How will the training in this program be delivered?

This is a hybrid Zoom and in person in my downtown Honolulu, HI studio course. You can join me live or watch the lesson later. You will have access to the class recordings for 7 days after the class.

  • How long will it take me to take the full course?

6 weeks

  • How do I know if I’m staying on track?

You will start to feel better and stronger!

  • What if I fall behind?

You have seven days to watch the recordings. I am pretty sure you are committed enough to watch the class within 7 days right?

  • What time zone will our live calls be in?

Hawaii Standard Time

  • What if I can’t make the live calls?
