What health goal would you go all in on, if you trusted that you would follow through?

Aloha Reader,

What health goal would you go all in on, if you trusted that you would follow through?

  • Would you commit to that weight loss plan you’ve been putting off for weeks?
  • Would you show up for the gym membership you paid for, but never used?
  • Would you do the meditation work to fully accept yourself and your body, and let go of whatever beauty ideals are holding you back from happiness?

Client story time:

Kendra started working with me when she was 66 years old! She had never exercised in her life! She's a highly successful lawyer. She was referred to me by her doctor.

Kendra told me she "just did not want to get any worse". She had excessive kyphosis/ lordosis (rounded upper back/ arched lower back)and a strong scoliosis (side to side curve).

Kendra is now 80! She's been working with me consistently since then except of course when she is traveling around the world as she likes to do. In fact she does her lessons on Zoom when she travels most of the time!

Not only is she not worried about getting any worse, she's taken on the mantra of "aging to perfection like a fine wIne or cheese". Yes, I came up with that for my clients. Kendra is currently working on doing the "walkover" ~that is flipping upside- down on the Cadillac!

What would you like to be doing in 13 years? How old will you be?

When it comes to your back and neck, accountability and action is only part of the equation.

Your goals matter just as much as the process.

Let’s get one thing clear, Reader.

I’m not talking about that New Year’s resolution you made, and forgot about by February.

I’m talking about your VISION.

The big picture of where you want to be, how you want to feel, 13 years from now.

If you trusted that you would follow through, that you would take the steps to make your dreams come true – would you?

The Micro Moves Method which I teach inside Naturally Free Back and Neck provides you with the space to hold your big picture goals, the tools you need to take action, and the coaching support and accountability you need to get in shape, loose weight, transform your posture, and free your back and neck!

What do you say?

Will you continue to hold yourself back from your future?

Or will you prioritize finally eliminating back and neck pain, and join us at Naturally Free Back and Neck?

Your choice.

You in?
