Aloha Reader, My next series of Micro Moves starts August 6th! This series we will explore the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) patters for the whole body. I like to say that the PNF patterns trick our muscles into working! They are great if you have any neuromuscular imbalances or just to wake your muscles up in a balanced way. Register for the 6 week series below. All are welcome, no experience is necessary. Remember you can view the recording for 7 days after the class. I recommend doing the 55 minute session 3x per week to truly incorporate the information into your body.
