New Micro Moves Vestibular System Focus Starts Soon

Aloha Reader,

What is the vestibular system?

The vestibular system is a sensory system that provides our brain with information about motion, head position, and spacial orientation. It helps us keep our balance, stabilize our head and body during movement, and maintain posture.

It is crucial to regularly train the vestibular system to help prevent falls as we age. Since most people are sedentary the vestibular system is not activated regularly creating a higher risk of falling.

If you are wanting to eventually hang upside-side down on the Cadillac in your 80's like Bernice did in last weeks email, the vestibular system needs to be in tip top shape!

This upcoming Micro Moves series will focus on training the vestibular system to prevent falls. I hope you will consider joining me information on how to register is below.
