Last week I was working with one of my clients who has a shoulder issue in an individual lesson. She also has knee and back issues- that she has discovered are related to her shoulder issue, but I digress.

She came back this week and reported that after the previous weeks lesson her shoulder felt great but that her upper back was "muscle sore", in a good way of course! I promptly expressed that was fantastic because all of her shoulder girdle muscles connect to her upper back and neck and that when they are weak and unstable they do not work properly. We had gently began to work her shoulder girdle muscles so they were sore because they normally do not work correctly if at all!

She was delighted to know what was going on. It was like a light bulb went off for her as to why she was in chronic shoulder pain. Now she has the tools to fix it!

Nothing is more annoying than when you spend years trying to get help for a problem but all you get is poked, massaged, stretched, adjusted, drugged or even cut and the pain may go away for a little bit but comes back often worse than what is was before or in a new place. Once you understand what the real issue is you can then take the steps to actually resolve the issue!

If you would like to understand what the real issue is so you can then take the steps to actually resolve the issue too, join me for the Shoulder Girdle Workout Part 1 now and register as a VIP to get instant access to my Secret Shoulder Joint Class that will not be available on TV or YouTube!

On a side note, the previously mention client realized that all of her pain is related to her diet and lifestyle choices too. She is working with me in full capacity to transform herself into being healthy on all levels. It is such an honor to be an inspiration to her transformation! I am so proud of her for her decision to live a healthy life!

I hope you might consider allowing me to help you too! I can only do it if you let me.

Much inspiration and aloha to you,

Lisa
