Aloha Reader,

Please join me for Foot Exercises: Strong Healthy Pain-Free Feet Part 1: Micro Moves for the Lower Body!

In this episode we will explore the intrinsic muscles of our feet! This workout covers several foot exercises to strengthen and stretch our feet from the inside out. If you have any foot issues such as bunions, bunionettes, plantar fasciitis, crooked toes etc this workout is for you!

Lower Body Micro Moves group course is starting soon! Join me at the link to receive part 2 of the Foot Exercises: Strong Healthy Pain-Free Feet workout. You will also be put on the VIP list to receive pre registration information for the upcoming Lower Body Micro Moves course.

This group course can be attended live in my NEW studio located in downtown Honolulu, live on Zoom, or you can watch the replay in your time zone and home. Don't let distance or time zones keep you from learning and practicing this crucial information.

Yes, Upside-Down has moved to a new location! I LOVE it! Most importantly we now have 2 elevators and a security guard. Days of climbing the long flight of stairs is over. Since many of my clients start with serious issues, after 13 years I've moved to a completely accessible building. The above episodes are shot in our new location.

Last but not least- Upside-Down turns 20 years young this month! I am not sure where the time has gone but WOW! What a journey it has been. Thanks to all of you that have been part of the Upside-Down adventure! Here is to another 20 years of health and healing!
